Registration

To complete registration for the Aruba Open Beach Tennis Championships, participants must submit full payment and receive a confirmation email from Beach Tennis Aruba. All credit card information is securely collected and used solely for the intended purpose, without storing individual members' credit card details. Personal identification information is not sold, traded, or rented to others. However, generic aggregated demographic information may be shared with business partners, sponsors, and other parties for better understanding of participant interests.

Participants are required to confirm their registration 24 hours before the start of each tournament at the tournament desk of the Aruba Open Beach Tennis Championships. Upon confirmation, players will be issued a personal wristband that must be worn at all times as proof of registration. Valid government-issued photo identification with date of birth (e.g., driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport) must be presented when collecting the wristband.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy:

Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected]. Refunds, minus a USD$15 processing fee, will be granted for cancellations received by October 31, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date or for non-attendance. Substitutions of players are allowed; please email [email protected] to request a substitution.

Registration Disclaimer:

In the event of circumstances beyond our control leading to the cancellation of all or part of the Aruba Open Beach Tennis Championships, Beach Tennis Aruba will refund any eligible portion of the registration fee. We cannot be held liable for any other refunds, payments, or damages arising from such cancellation.

Copyright Waiver

By participating in the Aruba Open Beach Tennis Championships, participants agree that their pictures and videos may be used by Beach Tennis Aruba for promotional purposes. The organization retains all copyrights to these materials.

General Disclaimer:

Beach Tennis Aruba is not liable for any death, injury, loss, cost, or expense incurred by any person, including accompanying persons, partners, or caregivers. We are also not liable for losses due to services provided by third-party companies, war, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather conditions, technical failures, or governmental actions. Participants are responsible for their actions during the event.
